Advisor was very friendly and helpful, he explained things clearly. Waiting area was clean and comfrtable. They used to text while you were in the seating area and ask if you needed anything like a bottle of water but didn't do that this time. Perhaps they no longer do that.

I think things went well, but air filters where to be changed and when I look it up it's says 10% so maybe forgot to reset those. I'm never confident they get changed my glove box looked the same mess and I think you have to take the cabin filter out from the glove box . I do appreciate the kindness and customer service I received from my person.

I have been having trouble with my remote.I stopped in about three weeks ago the girl put both remotes on some machine she said remotes r ok. I had new batteries put in both remotes. The problem continued. Frequently says no remote in car, at times car takes many tries before it will start. (Says no remote in car) I made,an appointment 9/26 they replaced the NEW remote. I am still having the same problem. So I will have to make another appointment.do these people have any idea what the r doing.. Doesn't appear that they do..OMG

I felt like you wanted me to cancel my scheduled appointment for the 2nd time. I made an appointment for 9 then moved to 9 15 and car never went in until 10 never got out until after 12. People in waiting room had alot to say and not good. Not personal and every car but one had other things you wanted to do. People were not happy from pricing issues to fixing 15 percent off. I was disappointed I spent half of my day off in your waiting room
